Safeguarding Partnership Principles

Across the Pan Lancashire footprint, the three local MASA's for Blackburn with Darwen, Blackpool and Lancashire, whilst operating in their own local arrangements, share a number of services, including Health and Police. As a result, working arrangements Pan Lancashire combine the Local Safeguarding Partnership Principles as outlined in Working Together (2023), and multiple joint procedures and arrangements that cover the three areas.
